I am fascinated by the mind/body connection and have studied it most of my adult life. I am trained as a teacher in yoga, relaxation, mindfulness and focusing.
My Mission
I passionately believe that happiness and well-being is possible for everyone, no matter what their life circumstances. It is my mission to spread ideas and techniques which give children, teens and adults access to their own innate sense of well-being and happiness which can help them be ready to learn and achieve their best. For the past 15 years the focus of my work has been on the well-being of children and young people and those who work with them. I have trained thousands of pupils teachers and staff in well-being techniques in schools since 2008. You can read some testimonials from recent clients on this PDF document.
